10:05 am to 10:30 am – Seated meditation (zazen)
10:30 am to 10:35 am – Rest meditation (rest kinhin)
10:35 am to 11:00 am – Seated meditation (zazen), Finish with chanting the Heart Sutra.
Participants need not stay for the entire schedule
5:30 am to 6:00 am – Tea (sarei), Morning chanting (choka)
6:00 am to 6:05 am – Rest meditation (rest kinhin)
6:05 am to 6:30 am – Seated meditation (zazen)
6:30 am to 6:35 am – Rest meditation (rest kinhin)
6:35 am to 7:00 am – Zazen

7:00 pm to 7:25 pm – Seated meditation (zazen)
7:25 pm to 7:30 pm – Walking meditation (kinhin)
7:30 pm to 7:55 pm – Seated meditation (zazen)
7:55 pm to 8:00 pm – Rest meditation (rest kinhin)
8:00 pm to 8:15 pm – Sitting meditation (zazen)
8:15 pm to 8:30 pm – Tea (sarei) and Close Zendo (kaichin)

7:25 PM to 8:30 PM – Reading/Discussion group
